What should I bring?
Swimwear and a bottle of water. Towels, toiletries, private changing and showers are included in every session.
What is included in a session?
Every sauna + ice session is a private 50-minute slot with the Finnish sauna, cold plunge and towels included. Groups of up to 4 share one booking.
What happens on my first visit?
Arrive 10 minutes early and your host will show you around the room. You control the temperature and pace of your 50 minutes.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session. Inside 24 hours the session is charged.
Health and safety
Sauna and cold water immersion are not advised if you are pregnant, or if you have a heart condition or uncontrolled blood pressure. When you book you confirm you have no medical condition that makes sauna or cold water immersion unsafe for you, or that you have medical clearance.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes. Digital and printed vouchers are available in the Shop, and by email or WhatsApp on request.
Can I book as a group?
Yes. One private session takes up to 4 people, and the whole room is yours for the full 50 minutes.
Parking and transport
We are a short walk from Putney station and East Putney tube. Street parking is available on surrounding roads.
